How to Print and Scan from PaperCut
Release Prints in PaperCut
Print to your stores Global Print printer. (Ex: SC8 Mazda Global Print on SC8-Print)
- Sign into PaperCut with your Employee ID on the printer you want to print from

- Select Print Release if there is a specific document you need, or Print All if you need all documents

- Check the pages you need printed, and then select Print

Scan to Email with PaperCut
- Sign into PaperCut with your Employee ID

- Select "Scan"

- Select "Scan to Email"

- Here you can update the document name and email subject. Load the documents into the scanning feed and press "Start Scanning"

Additional Notes
- Dealertrack and Xtime prints are not currently being affected by this system, they will still print out like normal.
- When printing to the Secure Print printer, you can release your prints from any printer that has the Papercut app installed at the respective store.
- If you no longer need a printed document, you can either delete it at the print release queue, or leave it and it will auto delete in 4 hours.
- If you need to copy, "Device Functions" will bring you to the main menu of the printer for other printing/scanning functions.
