Step by Step Guide On Resetting Workday Login Password and Synching that to Macbook Keychain

Navigate to activedirectory.schomp.com and sign in using your Macbook login password as the password and FirstName.LastName as username. If you're prompted to make a new password, go ahead and do so- that means your password has expired. If that works and you're able to make a new password we will now need to synch that new password you just made to the Macbook keychain. To do so follow the steps below:

1. At the top of your screen right next to the volume icon you should see 3 lines that descend in size-click on this and select "Sync local password with Microsoft"-this should populate a new screen.

2. Sign in using the new password you have just created

3. A new screen should populate at the end prompting you to enter another password. This password will be your old login password- the password it was before you recently changed it- enter that old password and if done correctly the screen should just disappear and the first password you entered will now be your new pc login password as well as your workday login password.

4. Search up Print Center in the search bar at the top and on the right-hand side of the queued prints you should see an icon that looks like a lock with an arrow circling it-click this and it will prompt the keychain password box to open.

5. Ensure that "remember my credentials" is toggled on and then enter your new password and then press okay- if done correctly and assuming you're on the WiFi labeled Internal-the box should disappear and the print that you clicked the icon on should then disappear from your queue-you should now be able to release that print.
