First time Login - Windows

1. Login Screen

First you will be prompted with a screen that appears similar to the one below


2. Select "Other User"

Next you will need to select the Other User button on the bottom left of the screen highlighted in red


3. Enter your credentials

You will enter your username in the upper field which can be found on your login sheet it will typically be your first name followed by a period and then your last name. You then will enter your provided password that can also be found on your login sheet. Then press "Enter" or select the gray arrow on the right of the password field.

4. Registering 2-Factor Authentication

You will now see the screen to begin registering for 2-Factor Authentication. Select the SMS option for registering for the first time. Then select "Next" on the bottom right to proceed.


5. Enter your phone number

Enter your phone number in the upper text field and select send code.

6. Enter the received SMS code

You will receive a SMS text code enter it into the bottom text field and select "Verify Code and Continue"


7. You are now logged in and 2FA has been enabled!
