3cx Voicemail Greeting recording or changes

Using the Webclient-

• Log into webclient- Instructions Here
• Click on your avatar in the top right corner and click on “Settings” > “Greetings”.
  
• From here you can choose to customize your greeting according to your status:
  
• Upload a personal greeting.
  
• Record a personal greeting from your PC by clicking on the microphone icon.
  
• Record a personal greeting from your IP Phone by clicking on the deskphone icon.
  
• Delete a greeting.
  
• Select to play the default greeting.
  

From IOS or Android app and deskphone-

      IOS and Android app
      Dial 99999
      Enter Pin plus #

      Press 9
      Press 8
      Press 0
      record Message
      To end recording press #
      To save greeting Press 0

If you do not press 0 after and hear greeting saved it will not be recorded or used.
