Set up UniFi App

The following is how you can set up UniFi on your mobile device

1. First you will need to download the UniFi Verify app and set up your MFA on your smart phone:
      a. After the app is downloaded sign in to your Identity Enterprise Workspace  https://schomp.ui.com/login/
      b. Click your profile picture and select Manage Your Account> Security>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
      c. Click Add New MFA Method and select Verify then verify your account.
2. Open the Verify app
      a. Tap the upper-right + icon and select UniFi Identity Enterprise Account
      b. Tap Scan QR Code and scan the QR code shown on the UniFi Identity Enterprise page
This will add the Verify app tied directly to your schomp.ui.com account

After you have finished setting up Verify you can proceed to set up the door access app:


1. After the app is downloaded open the app and follow the steps below to register your account:
      a. You'll be prompted to enter the enterprise workspace this is: schomp.ui.com
      b. Log into the app using your UniFi credentials and make sure you allow notifications and camera access while using the app
      c. After finishing the sign in process and allowing permissions to the app you will then be able to use the app for door/camera access.
